The New Nutritional Panels

The governments have updated the requirements for nutritional panels and businesses now need to fully revamp their own nutritional information to meet these new requirements. At FlexiBake we have been hard at work gathering information, building, and testing the new nutritional panels for our customers. Some of the main changes are:

The IBIE 2019

The IBIE 2019 was one of our FlexiBake 2019 highlights, as our team got to spend a busy 4 days in the beautiful Las Vegas. From on-site demonstrations of our bakery software, DSD app, and Online Ordering Portal to our education seminar “Online Ordering: Fad or Future” which had an awesome turn out. A couple of the highlights were our team getting presented with the B.E.S.T in Baking award for the second year in a row and meeting so many of our great customers!

Our Support Portal

Our Support Portal has been a huge FlexiBake 2019 highlight in our eyes, it has become a necessary tool for both current and new customers. With tons of new and helpful support videos and articles being added as often as possible. Our team is producing new content that’ll provide step by step instructions on any issue you maybe be having. From linking recipes to shipping a sales order, check out our support portal and see if it can help you today. If you need to speak to someone directly, our new chat feature will allow you to chat with someone directly from our FlexiBake team, making sure you always feel supported FlexiBake.

FlexiBake 2019 Released

As 2019 comes to an end so does our current FlexiBake version. We’re ringing in the new year with this new version of FlexiBake, with a lot of great new features! Our biggest goal for 2020 and version 2019 is to continue providing our customers with outstanding service within our Support, Sales, and Customer Service areas as well as continue providing the best in ERP Baking Software to our consumers.
