2016 was a great year for the FlexiBake team and we saw a lot of exposure in the baking industry! Here are 6 of the most exciting #FlexiBakeLife events that happened this year:

Support Portal Released

The release of the FlexiBake customer support portal was extremely exciting as we are now able to offer our customers an intuitive, online resource that allows them to track and manage their open tickets with our customer care team. The portal also gives our customers access to pre-written tutorials and help guides by using the search bar. Once in the support portal, customers can easily add and change their own account information.

Featured in Magazine

In April we were excited to be approached by the Snack Food and Wholesale Bakery magazine regarding food safety and traceability. Our president, Brad Carney, answered a series of food safety related questions as an industry expert with over 20 years of experience with technology in the food and bakery manufacturing sector.

New FlexiBake Website

Our new website was released in June and has great new features including a more intuitive layout, articles, an easy to use online demonstration request tool, an exciting page dedicated to our story, plus so much more!

Best in Baking Winner

Near the end of August, right before the IBIE 2016, we were announced as winners in the logistics category for the IBIE B.E.S.T. in Baking! It was exciting news to be officially been recognized as one of the most sustainable companies in the baking industry. Our award was presented to us at the IBIE 2016 and a couple of our team members were interviewed.

IBIE 2016

The IBIE 2016 was an exciting event for FlexiBake. We were presented with our B.E.S.T. in baking award, approached by many customers who all had great feedback, we had the opportunity to meet a lot of new people, and we got to show off the beta version of our DSD (Direct Store Delivery) module which is due for release in January 2017!

We really enjoyed visiting with our current customers and want to say a huge thanks for all their positive feedback and loyalty. We also want to warmly welcome all the new customers we met at the IBIE.
