Software Development

We need an experienced and passionate software developer to join our development team.

FlexiBake undergoes regular updates and changes. As part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading this mission critical application, assisting with a proposed rewrite of the user interface and developing a number of planned online addons for the application. • Graduate with a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years recent VB.NET or C# software development experience.
• A minimum of 3 years recent SQL Server experience.
• Some Visual Basic 6 experience, especially conversion to DotNet experience would be an asset.
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to take on an end-user’s perspective and become a representative for our customers in your everyday work

Sales Representative

FlexiBake Ltd. is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our Maple Ridge, British Columbia office. This position will play an important role in growth and business expansion.

This position will include generating new leads, online presentations, closing sales, and basic account management.The training and incremented targets put new sales representatives on the road for success.

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of sales experience, plus some knowledge in B2B sales and meet the following requirements:

Business Development

FlexiBake Ltd. is looking for a competitive and highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team in our Maple Ridge, British Columbia office.

This position will include completing high volumes of outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, using CRM, responding to limited inbound leads, and training for promotion to full sales representative.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of cold calling or outside sales experience, plus some knowledge in B2B sales and meet the following requirements:

Customer Care

We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our fast growing team of awesome people! FlexiBake, an ERP solution for food manufacturers, is our core product with new brands to be released in the next year. We are growing quite quickly and offer the fast paced “tech start up” type culture with a laid back social environment, a foosball table, and a Friday afternoon meeting that goes by the name of Beer & Bull. We’re looking for another “A+” player to join our team and ensure high quality customer support and service through phone calls, online meetings, live chats and emailing.

This is not the usual “Call Center” type service position but rather a small team of customer heroes that rely on their fast learning, excellent social and written, and creative skills to think outside of the box. If you’re good, it won’t be long until your asked for you opinion on changes to the interface, website, or even training programs!

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers.
• Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when representing the company
• Analyze problems and answer questions about FlexiBake
• Provide regular updates to customers on open support issues
• Use intuitive skills to effectively determine customer needs, research possible causes, and create correspondence to fully address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Identify, test, and reports any bugs or deficiencies as requested
• Create and upload help documentation and content to our customer portal
